Confidentiality and Ethics in the Classroom

By submitting this registration form, I agree to abide by the Professional and Ethical Guidelines for the Classroom and the Confidentiality Statement:

All case material will be carefully disguised. We ask that participants agree to hold all material presented with the utmost care, following ethical and professional guidelines.

Course Cancellation Policy:

• The registration fee is non-refundable.
• Students who cancel before class begins will be given a tuition refund, less a $40 administrative fee.
• There will be no refunds for cancellations after class begins.
• Students who drop the class after it begins are expected to pay the full tuition.

 Late registrations may be accepted in exceptional circumstances, incurring an additional $100 late registration fee.
